I am a registered, licensed dietitian, with a special focus in holistic medicine. I worked in the hospital setting for years, and saw many different types of patients : cancer, orthopedics, cardiac, diabetes, psychiatric, neonatal, and mostly critical and intensive care.
My family and I have had experience personally with food sensitivities and sensory issues, as well as allergies and toxicities which lead me down a journey to help myself and my family. I now try to bridge the gap between western and eastern medicine, and educate people on understanding the core principles of nutrition, inflammation, and toxicities of the world we live in. My intent is to enable the body to function and to thrive as it is naturally intended.
