This is an incredible group born from the courage and heroism of the best of the fire service. I take on the challenge myself this year as a firefighter who has let his health get the better of him and landed in an unhealthy place, especially for someone in the service. I look to improve my health this year and take on this run walk as the first big hurdle ahead with myself participating in full gear. Any donation is appreciated and taken as encouragement as I continue my personal journey and we as a group remember those lost and raise funds for those who need it most.
