As many of you know, we lost our infant twin boys, Callen and Brayden, on August 9, 2016. This was the most devastating time of our lives. We received a basket at York Hospital, which contains coping mechanisms and mementos. These baskets are provided by Sweet Grace Ministries, which is a non-profit organization that helps families faced with the difficult loss of a baby. They provide baskets, photographs and much needed support for loss families. They hold an annual event every October (Infant Loss Awareness Month) called the Sweet Walk to Remember, which will be held October 12, 2024. There is a small ceremony, which includes the reading of the names of the babies that are gone too soon, followed by a one-mile walk. We would love if you could join us as we remember Callen and Brayden. We would also like to kindly ask for charitable donation to Sweet Grace Ministries, under team Callen and Brayden. This money is used to make baskets, miscarriage bags, etc. And will be tagged in memory of Callen and Brayden. These baskets and bags are then distributed to local hospitals to provide them to families that have lost a baby/babies.
