Many veterans and service members returning from duty are faced with physical, psychological, and emotional changes in their lives. Sitrin's Military Program primarily treats younger veterans, the most at risk for suicide. There are between 17 and 18 veteran deaths each day. Sitrin's program addresses the needs of today's veterans, focusing on goal-setting and specialized treatment regimens tailored to each veteran's needs and interests, and is designed to target specific symptoms, such as post-traumatic stress, traumatic brain injuries, suicidal ideations, amputations and other combat-related conditions.
