In honor of the Barker Family, who was named Athens College 1958 Family of the Year. All 7 sisters and a brother-in-law attended and graduated from the college. Mrs. Mabel Kirl, Mrs. Ethel Glaze, Mrs. Mary Brewer, Mrs. Ruth Shelton, Mrs. Bertha Lantroop, Mrs. Bessie Borhorfoush, Mrs. Sallie Hess, and Mr. Clarence Hess.
