For the past few years the family and I have participated in the Travis Manion Foundation 9/11 run but this year we are doing the climb for Tunnels to Towers. Much like Travis Manion, firemen ask themselves everyday, “If not me, than who?” They put their lives on the line to keep us safe here on the home front.
When you need them, they respond. When all feels helpless and lost, they emerge to bring safety and calm.
This year my sons and I will be climbing the steps to represent those that made the ultimate sacrifice on 9/11 and for those that continue to suit up everyday to put their lives on the line for us. Their very existence helps us sleep at night knowing that if something goes wrong, they will be there.
Help us donate to this great organization that helps those that help us. We will proudly be wearing swag from New Rochelle Fire Department and Fairview Fire Department to represent our loved ones that serve.
