The program consists of two family-style homes and IL (Independent Living) apartments that are unstaffed in the community. Services young adults ages 18-24. Independent Living Program is contracted through the Housing of Urban Development and is a self-sufficiency program for homeless youths working towards independence. The Pre-Independent program is for youth receiving services through DCF who are working on developing life skills.
