Wayside's Family Networks is a partnership between Wayside and the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF). When a family under DCF's care needs more complex services, Family Networks steps in to help identify the community, in-home or out of home services that best match the needs of the family. The Family Networks team provides ongoing case management, facilitates regular team meetings and monitors progress every step of the way.
Families must be involved with DCF to receive services through Family Networks.
