Fresh Boyz Club:
Established in 2008 at Prince Edward Public Schools, the Fresh Boyz Club provides its members opportunities to develop leadership skills, participate in service to others, achieve academic excellence, and practice personal integrity.
Southside Center for Violence Prevention (Madeline’s House):
Serving 12 central Virginia counties, the Southside Center for Violence Prevention provides free, confidential, and comprehensive services to those affected by sexual and domestic violence regardless of age, gender, or culture.
Farmville Area Community Emergency Services (FACES):
Founded in 1981, FACES is a Tier 1 Food Agency providing food to more than 1,000 people each week. With nearly 20% of Prince Edward County residents living below the poverty level, FACES offers critical help to ensure our citizens have access to adequate, nutritious food.
Southside SPCA:
Dedicated to the welfare of companion animals, the Southside Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has provided rescue, shelter, medical treatment, spay/neuter, and adoption services to over 45,000 puppies, kittens, cats, and dogs since its establishment in 1975. Southside SPCA is a no-kill shelter serving 12 central Virginia counties.
Heart of Virginia Free Clinic:
The Heart of Virginia Free Clinic provides free medical care and free prescriptions for working uninsured and under-insured adults in the greater Farmville area.
