RARR exists to bring awareness to the seriousness of road rage and the families it impacts.
RARR was established by David Norman in the summer of 2015 to honor the life of his son, Kyle Norman, who was tragically killed as an innocent victim of road rage. Since 2017, RARR has been benefitting Shepherd’s Rest Ministries (a home for battered and abused women and children).
