Cycling for Toni

I participate in Pedal the Cause for all patients dealing with a cancer diagnosis but this year I specifically am fundraising in memory of my wife Toni who was unexpectedly diagnosed with Leukemia in November 2024. She was at MOBAP for 4 days before being admitted to Siteman Cancer Center downtown on Kingshighway where she spent 180+ days inpatient to date and went thru 5 rounds of chemotherapy. Toni qualified for a first phase clinical trial and a matching donor was found. She received her bone marrow stem cell transplant in May 2025. Since then she had several hospital stays at Siteman dealing with transplant complications. As of May 2026 she was in remission from Leukemia and Lymphoma but sadly passed away unable to fully heal from multiple viral infections, namely EBV, CMV and HSV. If you are able please donate to my fundraising efforts in memory of Toni and all cancer patients who benefit from the great health care provided by Siteman Cancer Center and their Wash U Physicians.
