Pedal the Cause

I am proud to join Pedal the Cause in the fight against cancer. Pedal the Cause is more than the region's largest cancer fundraiser. It's a way of life, a celebration, a family and a movement fueled by the courage to end cancer.  May, 2023 I received an autologous stem cell transplant to treat my Multiple Myeloma.  It put me in a "Very Good Partial Remission" that was good enough to allow me to do the 20 mile Pedal the Cause course with Michele in September.  Fall went well, but the new year brought a minor backslide.  Testing dictated a new regimen to attack it, a path proven by the sort of research that Pedal the Cause helps fund.  I am now in an even better place than I was last September.  I am so grateful for the wonderful care I have gotten here from my entire care team and all the other dedicated people behind the scenes that make it all happen.  God Bless them all!
