I'm lacing up my sneakers and joining the Move Your Mind Fun Walk because there is no better way to celebrate our amazing community and support Memory Matters!

Living and working on Hilton Head Island reminds me every day how fortunate we are to have a community that truly cares. Time and again, you've stepped up for our families living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, and I couldn't be more grateful.

This fun, beach themed event is about more than a walk along our beautiful shoreline. It's about coming together to bring hope, support, education, and joy to those navigating memory loss. Every registration, donation, and cheer from the sidelines helps Memory Matters continue providing caregiver support, respite programs, brain health education, free memory screenings, and life changing programs throughout the Lowcountry.

I'll be enjoying the Fun Walk this year, and I hope you'll join me. Whether you walk, run, volunteer, or make a donation, you're helping ensure that no family faces dementia alone.
