The Teaching & Learning Collaborative (TLC),is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization focused on designing, delivering and scaling professional development programs in mathematics, science, and computer science for educators teaching preK-12. TLC is a coalition of school districts, organizations, businesses, and government agencies with whom we collaborate to design and carry out our work. TLC works at a variety of levels to ensure that all students have access to quality education in mathematics, science, and computer science.
E4Tech (Educating, Exciting and Empowering Educators with the “T” in STEM) is an innovative professional development model and curriculum focused on the integration of computer science (CS) and computational thinking (CT) into mathematics and science for grades 3-4 and grades 5-6. Developed in partnership with TECH CORPS, E4Tech is designed to emphasize mathematics through a computer science curriculum focused on Programming, Robotics and Circuits. E4Tech was previously funded and researched as part of an Ohio Mathematics Science Partnership (MSP) grant.
