The Marblehead Council on Aging (COA) serves as an elder advocate and offers services and programming designed to promote healthy aging. The COA also offers a wide variety of creative arts, fitness, health, nutrition and recreation programs, in addition to health screenings, health insurance counseling (SHINE) and transportation services.
