Im excited to share that I’ll be participating in the PNAMH 5K Run/Walk on November 15, 2025, at Tom Bass Park III! This event is not only about fitness, but also about making a real impact. All proceeds from the run/walk will support the Manay, Davao Oriental Medical Mission, taking place in the Philippines on January 29-30, 2026.
The mission will bring essential medical care, medications, and health education to Manay, Davao Oriental communities. Your donation, no matter the amount, will help provide life-saving care to those in need.
