We offer our members 24/7 access, group fitness classes, and a brand new tanning bed. We also offer a hometown feel you simply can't get anywhere else. We are located in front of the Bower's Park in Mannington and behind Mountain State Physical Therapy in North Pointe Plaza. Our Staffed Hours are as follows:
Monday- Thursday 8am-10am and 3pm-7pm
Friday 8am-10am and 3pm-6pm
