Welcome Mel's Booty Kickers!
Mel Sabater, was a Sentara employee for 35+ years and Medical Economics Senior Healthcare Data Analyst until he lost his life to Colorectal Cancer this past August. We have been doing this race in his honor the past 2 years. This is our first without him. We told Mel that we would continue his fight and I know his family, friends and colleagues would love your support!
Mel was a fighter and we will continue his fight by raising awareness of early detection, healthy habits, and encouraging our friends and family who are currently battling cancer. Our team is passionate about colorectal cancer prevention and screening! Let's raise the most funds this year to help save lives in our community.
