NeighborScapes is a non-profit organization with a mission to strengthen the physical and social fabric of neighborhoods, including through the provision and management of safe, decent and affordable housing for persons of low- and moderate-income making less than 80% of area median income; and to create a covenant of care, enrichment and development for young people.

We believe that the diversity of our communities is a fundamental strength of our organization. Our mission is best fulfilled when we embrace diversity as a value and a practice. We maintain that achieving diversity requires an enduring commitment to inclusion that must find full expression in our organizational culture, values, norms, and behaviors.

Throughout our work, we will support diversity in all of its forms, encompassing but not limited to age, disability status, economic circumstance, ethnicity, gender, race, religion, and sexual orientation. Our main program in 2024 is the Innovation House Program.

NeighborScapes aspires to a global landscape where robust communities flourish, founded on equitable access to quality housing, empowering opportunities for service, and inclusive spaces for personal growth and development.
