It shouldn't hurt to be a child, yet each year hundreds of kids in Tippecanoe County are thrust into the court system through no fault of their own - they have been abused or neglected! Tippecanoe CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) provides trained community volunteers to speak out for the best interests of these very children. This is an invaluable service, but sometimes these kids need more than a voice - sometimes they need goods or services that cannot be obtained any other way. They may need something to spark their educational or psychological growth and development. They may need special help to build their self-esteem and confidence.
