Thank you for supporting Hemby Children's Hospital. So many people I know have needed a place like Hemby. I decided earlier this year that hope is not a strategy, but doing something is. So I started running, and I kept running, and now I'm doing this. A little change can lead to a lot of change in very short order. Whatever it is you want, just take a step. Any step, just take it. Take a little step, take a big step, take two tiny steps, just DO something. When you do, you'll find you can do a little more the next time, and that will snowball, and next thing you know you're running that marathon, you're skiing that mountain, you're getting that degree, you're getting what you deserve.
Just change one tiny thing every day.
