Lily was diagnosed with EHE in 2019 with metastases in her liver and lungs. After seven different chemo regimens, doing infusions during the pandemic, several long stints in the hospital, and all the ups and downs you could ever imagine, her cancer has been stable for four years.
Even though her cancer is stable, EHE still affects Lily every single day of her life. She still takes an oral chemo drug every day and has plenty of side effects because of it. Cancer is grueling, no matter what. But, Lily is still here, living life to the fullest of her ability.
