For the last half decade, Andrew has led the Germantown Democrats and UpCounty Democrats, and served as Treasurer and now Secretary of the Montgomery County Democratic Party.

Attorney

Andrew  recently graduated from the University of Maryland  Carey School of Law, where he represented tenants in rent court, advocated for funding for the right to counsel, and studied Constitutional Law.

Community Advocate

Andrew fights for County residents, advocating to the County Council and Maryland General Assembly to strengthen our democracy, and advance the economic rights of County residents.
