The Annual Scotland Juneteenth Heritage Festival, held in Montgomery County, Maryland, is grounded in our mission to honor our ancestors, commemorate emancipation, and empower their descendants through initiatives that support economic growth, community redevelopment, social progress, better health outcomes, and expanded educational opportunities.
