On May 10th, I’m participating in a 5K to support Feeding Hands at Duke Island Park in Bridgewater, NJ.
Feeding Hands is a nonprofit dedicated to fighting food insecurity by providing nourishment, hope, and resources to individuals and families in need. Feeding Hands ensures they don’t have to face hunger alone. Feeding Hands mobilizes community volunteers to serve our neighbors in need ensuring that they don't have to face hunger alone. Our mission is to provide more than just food; we provide a transformational experience that profoundly impacts those we serve, our volunteers, and our donors.
A donation of $65 provides a families of 4 over $240 worth of groceries; we feed over 1,000 families a month in Central New Jersey. Your support enables us to not only provide groceries but go beyond as we help address the deeper challenges our guests face and the growing need in our community.
