Our meats are smoked on a oyler pit. It is a wood fired pit no gas. We smoke with local hickory. On average most meats are slow smoked for 12 to 16 hours. We take pride and great effort to give you the best food we can offer. I tell everyone I wont serve you anything I wont sit down right next to you and eat myself.
