Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out for support in my Race to Cure Sarcoma 2025 fundraising efforts.

Since being diagnosed with Liposarcoma in November 2020, I have undergone three abdominal surgeries including one just after the 2024 race where I had three tumors removed at USC. I spent six weeks recovering and returned to most normal activities including riding my motorcycle, weight lifting, long walks and hikes. Thanks to the care of my family and kindness of friends (calls, gifts, visits) and successful surgeries so far, I'm grateful for each day, though I know this cancer is part of my life.

While surgery has worked for me, others with more aggressive Sarcomas face tougher treatments, making research funding crucial for improving options across the many Sarcoma subtypes.
