For the past five years, TAL has become such a meaningful part of my life. I spend my Wednesday nights, and many other nights, surrounded by incredible high school girls who are eager to give, grow, and “dew” more. Each girl brings her own unique energy, excitement, and potential.

At TAL, we focus on the individual strengths and qualities of every participant, recognizing that each person plays an important role. We believe that even one small act of kindness can impact the entire world around us.

Through weekly events, we create opportunities for frum high school girls in Baltimore to give, learn, and grow. We partner with a variety of chessed organizations throughout the community, allowing the girls to experience firsthand the amazing work being done in Baltimore and to play an active role in it.

In addition, we offer weekly chaburas and outings that help build meaningful relationships with mentors and peers.

TAL is all about “dew-ing” more - challenging ourselves to grow, to become better, and to develop into true givers who do more for others.
