Subject: Help Me Support a Cause That's Close to My Heart

Hello,

This year, I'm participating in JP's Backyard Ultra and Hike to raise funds for the Pheo Para Alliance, a nonprofit that supports patients and families affected by rare cancers such as pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma.

This cause is deeply personal to me. I lost my brother to cancer, and his memory continues to inspire me every day. Running has become more than a sport it's a way for me to honor the people I carry in my heart and to support others who are facing battles similar to the one my family experienced.

The race is organized by my coach and friend, Jonathan Pascual, who has spent the last three years pouring his heart into this event while courageously battling Stage IV cancer. Through this race, Jonathan has created an opportunity for our community to come together and support an organization that provides education, advocacy, research, and patient support for those affected by rare cancers.
