More than 22 veterans die by suicide everyday. Since the start of the Global War on terror in 2001 there have been over 7,100 combat related deaths. In that same period there have been over 125,000 Veteran Suicides. This is unacceptable. 22Mohawks mission is dedicated to reducing that number.
22Mohawks is a 501c3 nonprofit located in Sharon, MA helping veterans and first responders lead themselves to find purpose.
We do this through a blend of mental fitness classes, outreach, and community events, along with our two core programs 22Mohawks Pups for Vets & First Responders and the 22Mohawks Airborne Operations Course and Retreat.
St. Louis Operation STL Mohawk Medevac participants will walk, jog or run the 4 mile route carrying the required weights. Teams can use their own discretion on how to switch out the members during the 4 miles. Each participant is asked to fundraise $250 to benefit 22Mohawks.
