WBC is committed to providing innovative, individualized, and supportive educational programming that empowers students with diverse learning, behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs to achieve success academically, socially, vocationally, and independently.

West Bay Collaborative has been serving Rhode Island students for more than 50 years and continues to expand its specialized educational, transition, and vocational programming to meet the evolving needs of adolescents and young adults throughout the region.

WBC's overall vision is to ensure that every student-regardless of disability, behavioral health challenge, or life circumstance-has access to equitable educational opportunities, workforce development experiences, and the tools necessary to transition successfully into adulthood with confidence, independence, and purpose. Through strong partnerships with families, school districts, employers, and community organizations, WBC fosters safe, trauma-informed, and student-centered learning environments that support resilience, self-sufficiency, and lifelong success.
