Founded in 1973, GROW Associates, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities. 

Our mission is rooted in honoring the goals, interests, and aspirations of the people we serve, and we work every day to support them in all areas of life.

While many adults with developmental disabilities are often denied the basic freedoms of choice and independence, at GROW, we work to change that reality. 

Through our person-centered approach, we build independence and foster self-determination by offering a wide range of engaging programs — from daily living skill development to physical and occupational therapy, fitness, music therapy, educational games, and more.  Our services also include on-site nursing care and access to various therapeutic consultations, ensuring holistic and comprehensive support.

At GROW, individuals are encouraged to make meaningful choices about their work, community involvement, recreational activities, and personal values. 

Our programs are designed to promote inclusion — helping individuals become active participants in their communities as employees, volunteers, and valued members of society.

Today, GROW proudly serves more than 200 individuals across more than 30 communities in Massachusetts, working to create opportunities and build pathways for a more inclusive future.
