You're With Us! is a Massachusetts based 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization committed to creating social inclusion opportunities for young adults (18+) with disabilities. The program identifies and trains college groups to be welcoming and supportive peers to the differently abled. The college group then creates a Positive Experience Design (PED) customized for the young adult to help one's transition from school to adult life in the community. YWU believes that a meaningful life includes a home, a job, family, friends, and social opportunities with their peers - able and otherwise. 

As of June 2025, You're With Us! has expanded operations to also include the state of Rhode Island. 

You're With Us! is a part of Flutie 5K because we're committed to helping those with autism live life to the fullest. We look forward to this year's fundraising campaign as it is being devoted to a new autism spectrum disorder (ASD) contract only cohort within our Community Based Day Services, enabling YWU to engage more of the autistic community. Our partnership with Flutie Foundation is invaluable. They awarded YWU with a 2024 Autism Community Impact Grant, and the initial funding of this ASD cohort.
