The mission of The Alex and Ali Foundation is to empower and enhance the lives of adults with autism and other developmental disabilities by providing opportunities for job skill development, vocational activities and meaningful community involvement.

The Alex and Ali Foundation is focused on improving the lives of adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. We utilize a holistic approach to empower lives by providing a safe environment to learn, work and interact with the community via the Hope Gallery storefront. The Hope Gallery is a specialty boutique operated by adults with developmental disabilities supported by caring staff and volunteers. At The Hope Gallery, our Team Members take pride in running all aspects of the boutique – cashiering, customer service, inventory, and making products!

We continually provide job training skills, including how to greet customers, handle cash, operate the register, create spreadsheets, complete data entry, manage business correspondence, and maintain a clean workspace.
Team Members learn a variety of vocational skills including artistic mosaic tiling, weaving, sewing, engraving, jewelry making, and more. All of the products in our store are made by individuals with disabilities. We are proud to showcase the talents of our Team Members.
We provide free services to the community including document shredding, coin rolling, and gift wrapping! We help businesses with various tasks including envelope stuffing and packet filling. Team Members are also involved in vendor events in the community where they help share our mission and showcase their skills.

The Hope Gallery is a place for friends, acceptance, and joy. We host bingo, karaoke, movie nights, and prom to provide an inclusive social network with peers and community members.
Much like the Doug Flutie Foundation, The Alex and Ali Foundation strives to improve the lives of people and families living with autism and other developmental disabilities.
