This event is something near and dear to my heart. Having been a part of the OG skate-a-thon 16 years ago all the way until now, it never fails to surprise me the number of people reached. It's more than just the chicken - the stories that come from the event, from Angels, and from a wonderful organization like Chick-fil-A keep me coming back year after year!

I'm from a military family and have seen the impact that Angels has on the multitude of children, grateful for those who choose to serve our country and risk everything to protect others.
