Charles Ilyes Family Inc. is a small family owned farm outside of York New Salem. We offer a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables from May through October at our roadside market. We also offer hotdog dogs, snack sticks and bologna processed right here on our farm. From September through March we offer deer processing, which uses our time tested recipes on your wild game.
