Our mission is to provide comfort in the form of a teddy bear to children who are admitted into hospitals around the nation.
We do this by completing 1/2 mile bear crawls at select events across the country and raise money at for that events local children’s hospital.
Starting in 2023 our founder Mark Haverland completed a Spartan Sprint and Super by bear crawling the entire race.
In 2024 with the support of Dan McDonald, Bryan Gray and Steve Martin we formed the official Teddy Bear Crawl Foundation by completing 10 1/2 mile bear crawls that year.
In 2025 we are expanding, holding 1/2 mile bear crawls at 27 different events across the nation.
To date we have been able to donate 8,412 teddy bears to multiple children’s hospitals.
We are grateful for all of our supporters, and look forward to seeing everybody at future events.
