My mother Cheryl Peavey, was known in the dog world as one of Best obedience trainers around. All of her dogs had biblical names, One of them was called gospel, which means the good news. This was the only BullMastiff In history to win high in trial at an all breed agility Trial. My dad would go with them and they began to refer to themselves as Team Good News. Unfortunately, she lost her battle to Alzheimer’s at the age of 67. 
We rescued our dog Jewel from CAHS. We started running together and before we knew it we had won our first 5K. My daughter also runs with us and in my mother’s honor we call ourselves Team Good News. 
CAHS has done so much for our family which inspired me to start Jog Your Dog.
