In 2021, I lost my dad to suicide.

He wasn’t just my father—he was my hero. He believed in me, prayed for me and walked me through my darkest days. His loss changed my life forever, and not a day goes by that I don’t miss him.

I’m running in his honor and for every person who has lost their battle with mental illness. Every mile I run is for those who can no longer take another step, and for everyone left behind carrying a loss that words can’t describe.
