Founded in 1989, South-Tree Enterprises, now known as Southtree Commercial began as a construction company seeking to add value to the South Metro Atlanta community and beyond by constructing buildings of impact. Since inception Southtree has grown to encompass, not only a commercial construction company, but 4 additional entities including commercial development, property management, real estate and civil engineering. This growth enables our multi-faceted team to serve our clients in a wholistic way.
