Mind Space Running is a community-based running club and wellness movement in the Rio Grande Valley focused on advocating for mental health through movement, connection, and community events.
We host weekly group runs that create a safe and welcoming environment for people of all fitness levels to walk, jog, run, and connect with others while prioritizing both physical and mental well-being. Alongside our runs, we organize wellness-focused events, collaborations, and our annual Mind Space 5K to bring awareness to mental health resources and create spaces where people feel supported and seen.
