The Margaret E. Moul Home (MEMH), also known as the York County Cerebral Palsy Home, Inc., was named after founder Margaret E. Moul. (see History of the Home) The Home is a private, non-profit long term care facility that provides services for adults with cerebral palsy, spina bifida, multiple sclerosis and other neuromuscular disorders.
