ACCESS is a community initiative developed to make arts and cultural spaces more accessible and affordable. The Harvey & Virginia Kimmel Family Fund ACCESS Program is the largest and fastest-growing program at Art-Reach. ACCESS provides $2 admission to over 100 cultural sites throughout Greater Philadelphia and Delaware for individuals receiving public assistance for food or medical benefits.

How does the ACCESS program work?

By simply showing your ACCESS Card paired with a valid photo ID when purchasing admission or tickets, ACCESS Cardholders pay the deeply discounted rate of $2 per person (for the Cardholder and up to three additional people).

Who is ACCESS for?

Pennsylvania and Delaware residents with a qualifying state-issued ACCESS or EBT card are automatically eligible for $2 admission to participating ACCESS sites in their state.

Don’t have a state-issued ACCESS Card? Individuals who identify as having a disability, including those who live out-of-state, can purchase an Art-Reach ACCESS Card to visit all participating ACCESS sites with $2 admission.
