Every business has a story. While the Bald Birds story remains largely unwritten, we've penned a few chapters already to bring us to this point.
What started as a dream for a bald-headed couple quickly hatched into a big idea and has become more of a reality with every passing day.
Before you get to know our beer, we hope you'll get to know our story - and that you'll become a piece of the future we're still writing.
Bald Birds Brewing Company is on a mission to be your next favorite brewery. This means putting together great beer, even better people, and an atmosphere that feels like your best friend's living room (plus lots of kegs).
We want to be the place you head after a long day of work or for a full Saturday hangout with friends. We take great pride in brewing beer that is approachable, interesting, and - most importantly - really, really good.
The team behind Bald Birds is dedicated to creating the highest quality beer and serving it in the most engaging, comfortable atmosphere we can dream up. We're serious about what we do, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.
We've chosen each of our locations for a reason, and we are excited to become a fixture in these special towns. We can't wait to share a beer with you.
