We are so honored to be able to announce the Lee “Iceman” Watson Memorial Scholarship at Richmond Community College. The scholarship was established to commemorate the legacy Lee Watson leaves behind in our community and especially the running community. He was the only person that ran every Seaboard 5K race since it began in 1985 until 2020 when he began having health issues.
