The Yorkshire Restaurant opened in 1950. Matt and Elias Natour, originally from Lexington, Kentucky, purchased the restaurant in 1979. Their goal was to bring southern home cooking to Northern Virginia! The brothers still own the Yorkshire Restaurant; their mom still makes the biscuits and gravy daily!
