Refund Policy
We are sad to report that another bike race is claimed by COVID-19. The Great Deer Chase is canceled for 2020. It was a tough decision, and we waited as long as we could before making the call. However, due to continuing uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we could not justify hosting our favorite event of the year in the middle of such turbulent times. Our community's health and well-being are number one, and we did not want to put fun ahead of responsibility.
Thank you to all who have registered for your patience as we tried to make this work. We are prepared to refund your cost of registration or you may choose to donate it to the trails.
