Chautauqua County was awarded a six year Federal Cooperative Agreement by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to assist in enhancing Chautauqua County's system of care (SOC) for children and youth that have emotional and behavioral challenges classified as Serious Emotional Disorders (SED). The Tapestry name was selected as it emphasizes the weaving together of services to support children and families in our community. Chautauqua Tapestry offers an opportunity to further develop the County's existing service and support delivery system as well as areas of identified unmet needs.
