New Perspectives Center opened in 1995 and is a limited liability company, LLC. A private for-profit outpatient behavioral health facility that contracts with state licensed independent contractors (counselors and psychiatric nurse practitioners) to provide outpatient mental health services for toddlers, children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and families, NPC is certified by the Office of Mental Health and Addiction Services and take the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), Medicare and commercial insurances.
