Hoopla XIX is Oregon's premier 3-on-3 basketball extravaganza. To be held August 5th & 6th this year in the shadows of the Oregon State Capitol Building, in 2017 more than 1,000 teams, 4,000 participants and 40,000 spectators are anticipated. Over the years, Hoopla has generated more than $500,000 for local youth-oriented sports and activity programs.
